Experience
I am a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered
Surveyors. I completed a degree in Estate Management at
Reading University in 1987. I have 17 years experience
in the valuation of commercial and residential
properties throughout the Northwest of England. I am an
equity partner in W T Gunson, an independent firm of
Chartered Surveyors based in Manchester City Centre. I
am on the Presidents Panel and receive appointments to
act as an Arbitrator and Independent Expert in property
disputes. I regularly accept instructions to act as an
Expert Witness in relation to property market and
valuation matters, and have received training from Bond
Solon in Expert Witness work. I am on the RICS and
Expert Witness Institute registers of Experts.
I have experience in giving oral evidence in both County
and High Court. I am 46 years of age and have lived in
South Manchester since 1990. |
