In Memory of (John) Peter Day
It was with great sadness we learned of the passing of one of our retired former management team Peter Day. Peter was 84 when he passed away on 29 November 2015.
Some of his former colleagues, contractors and contacts from his Gunson’s days were able to attend his funeral last Monday (14 Dec) and say their final goodbyes.
Peter brought a lot of fun to the office and many an office Christmas party with his great sense of humour and unforgettable favourite phrases.
He was much missed when he retired in 2007 and will be more so now our paths can no longer cross from time to time.
Our thoughts will be with his wife Ruth and their grown up children Paul and Sarah and the rest of the extended family as they move forward in life without him.
