W T Gunson has successfully sold two Victorian terraces at 429-431 Chester Rd, Old Trafford. The properties had a total area of approx. 5,665 sqft on a net internal basis. The properties had a combined asking price of £435,000. Following a large amount of interest, a bids deadline was set and 17 offers were received. A sale was agreed with two separate buyers and we achieved a combined sale price of £600,000.
