WT Gunson sell a small piece of History!

Acting on behalf of a private vendor, W T Gunson have sold a 3,910sqft mixed-use building at 8 Fairfield Street, Manchester to a private investor for £370,000.

8 Fairfield Street was originally designed and constructed in 1902 by famous architect Charles Heathcote for the Manchester Coffee Tavern Co Ltd.  The building is said to have a rich history with regular visitors including great Victorian novelist, Charles Dickens and Victorian British Prime Minister, Benjamin Disraeli.

The property was more recently occupied by an art gallery on the ground floor with chartered surveyors occupying the offices above.
