W T Gunson. are engaged in the provision of Chartered Surveying, Valuation, Property Agency and Property Management Services; involving the processing of personal details of clients and tenants that are initially provided by the instructing client. These personal details are required to enable us to undertake our surveying services. All personal details are recorded on an internal system which has limited and restricted access.
Personal information in relation to clients, potential clients or tenants or potential tenants maybe passed between the Company and a third party but only to enable us to undertake work and compliance with RICS regulations and other statutory legislation. Examples of third parties include credit check and referencing agencies, enforcement agents, legal advisors, loan providers and banks. Additional personal details regarding a client or tenants circumstances or whereabouts may be collected during the instruction and may be passed to the instructing client or third parties as part of the instruction, if the details are of relevance.
