W T Gunson Chartered Surveyors have recently let 559 Barlow Moor Road, Chorlton to ‘Bosu Body Bar’, a café specialising in healthy food and drinks. The tenants, JRF Health, have a background in exercise and nutrition and have used their knowledge to create a new type of café. The concept is to make food and shakes with simple, natural ingredients to provide delicious meals with all of the health benefits.

The property was previously used as a credit union and was fitted out as office space. Internally the property has been completely transformed to provide a canteen- style kitchen and seating area. There is also the addition of a stylish outdoor eating area to allow for al fresco dining.

The tenants recognised the potential of the property within the highly sought after location of Chorlton and used the features to make the space work practically for their requirements. Katie from W T Gunson has sampled the food and would definitely recommend you to try it!
