Chapel St Levenshulme Site – Sale News!

W T Gunson Chartered Surveyors Manchester have recently sold a development site of 1.8 acres in Levenshulme, to a local property company. The site, on the market at offers around £750,000, sold for £800,000 after going to “best and final offers”. There were several interested parties bidding for the site.

Now our involvement is at an end, W T Gunson very much look forward to seeing the site’s new identity appear.
