New Appointment
WT Gunson would like to welcome aboard Mark Rendell who will be heading up our building consultancy department. Mark brings with him a wealth of experience having worked in the public and private sector with particular experience in Healthcare and Education. Mark has also worked internationally for 5 years in Abu Dhabi as a Project Director and Head of Commercial delivering high value projects such as large housing schemes and hotels. Mark is experienced in negotiating dilapidations claims, in the preparation of schedules and commercial surveys as well as Project Management of multi-disciplinary design teams & the Principal Designer role.
