New Appointments – WT Gunson Commercial Estate Agents
W T Gunson have been appointed Commercial Estate Agents on behalf of Swinton Insurance.
We are instructed to let 1,800sqft of office space in a highly prominent location on Kingsway (the A34) in Burnage, Manchester. The offices are situated above Swinton Insurance themselves, who occupy the ground floor unit.
Also on behalf of new clients NHS Property Services.
W T Gunson have been instructed as Commercial Estate Agents to dispose of Beechmount Resource Centre, Harpurhey, Manchester on behalf of NHS Property Services. The property comprises a three storey detached period building which was formerly used as a medical centre/clinic and occupies a site of approximately 0.2 acres. We have recently agreed a deal and put the property under offer.
