Dominic is equity partner and head of the Professional Services department. A fellow of the RICS with over 32 years commercial and residential property experience. Dominic is a RICS registered valuer, and has a special interest in dispute resolution whether advising one of the parties in dispute, or acting as the independent third party. He is on the RICS Presidents panel for Arbitration, Independent Expert, and Mediation appointments. His is an accredited Expert Witness and provides robust and well researched reports for solicitors and the court. He has expertise in Valuation, Landlord and Tenant matters, Rating appeals and Compulsory Purchase compensation.
