Valuation and Lease Advisory

Tom is a chartered surveyor and RICS registered valuer specialising in valuation and lease advisory work.  Tom has over 10 years experience advising on a broad range of commercial, residential and development assets in Greater Manchester and the north west.  Valuations are undertaken for a variety of purposes, including secured lending, pension scheme, inheritance tax, asset management and Charities Act (Section 119 valuations).

Lease advisory work includes rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regears.  Tom provides effective strategic advice to a wide range of clients.
